Melayu Paling Toleran
" I'VE
LIVED IN A CHINESE-DOMINANT AREA, WAS SCHOOLED IN A CLASS WHERE OUT OF
43 STUDENTS WHERE ONLY 5 ARE MALAYS, ONE OF MY BEST FRIEND IS CHINESE
(dah masuk islam dah pun), STILL IN TOUCH WITH MY CHINESE FRENS THRU
FACEBOOK (60% are chinese), HAVE HAD RELATIONSHIP WITH BOTH CHINESE AND
INDIANS
Prior to these talk about SOCIAL CONTRACT etc, I've only seen chinese
as sort of motivational factor for me to do better in my studies
etc...BUT post-8MAC, chinese suddenly became so vocal about SOCIAL
CONTRACT, to the extent of calling Malays names such as lazy, stupid
(openly or impliedly as they were questioning how after so many years
Malays still not successful) etc etc
So I spend my time to frequent Chinese dominated forums and chinese
blogs just to listen to their story and ONE THING I'M SURE IS MOST
CHINESE ARE OPPORTUNISTIC LOT THAT DEFINE EVERYTHING ACCORDING TO THEIR
CONVENIENCE AND BENEFITS WHO WILL DO ANYTHING (even putar belit facts
and sejarah) AND WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THEY GET WHAT THEY WANT
AND HERE'S WHY:-
i) They talk about abolishing NEP in the name of race equality, but when confonted about discrimination towards malay in private sectors, they don't even touch on that or give assurance that they are willing to give and take in the matter
ii) They also do not bother to study history as to
why nep was created and whether this is the right time or all race are
at same playing field...they just want to talk about
meritocracy/equality as they realised they will benefit the most if
these are materialised (I will write on how NEP abolishment +
meritocracy will be beneficial to middle class + rich chinese and leave
Malays/Indians merempat)
iii) They are the defender of malaysian malaysia
concept...saying they're as much a malaysian as malay next door...but
when confronted with the possibility of closing down chinese
schools...i see how they are giving sooo many excuses....when asked why
they can't speak good malay...can't answer....it is here that i see
chinese are not sincere in malaysian malaysia but more towards
malaysia-must-make-chinese-richer-and-powerful..How can we have
Malaysian Malaysia if our kids are segregated from the beginning?
iv)Sometimes I asked myself, where does their
loyalty lies (this is also an issues in Canada/Australia/US regarding
Chinese Immigrants who became their citizens OR even an issue in
Singapore where Malay are not allowed to have a high position in
military)..Should anything unfortunate happen to Malaysia (touchwood),
are they going to be the ones who will fight alongside Malays to
protect or will they be busy transferring their assets and money
offshores?...
And I also hate the way they putar belit sejarah to get what they
want....300K chinese killed for Tanah Melayu is the laugh of the
day....to the extent of trying to prove Malays are from Yunnan and a
pendatang as well (even if we are, we are here before you and if you
open a company first, would you in your right mind give same rights to
partner who comes after the company was discovered to have assets such
as tin, gold etc - chinese are mostly businessman so I hope they can
answer this truthfully in their heart) and conveniently missing the
facts of Kesultanan Melayu...What I see is they don't bother to tell the truth but pick and choose as they like..HOW CAN THERE BE TRUST IN THIS CASE?
Please do not forget the history of Singapore-Malaysia...Lee Kwan
Yew using Malaysian Malaysia concept which means equality for all races
but when he have his own country, HE USE EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO
DISCRIMINATE MALAYS TO THE EXTENT OF TAK BOLEH PAKAI TUDUNG KE SEKOLAH
(I've posted a lot of proof in my other comments), so SHOULD MALAYS
JUST DISREGARD THIS AS WELL? If we don't learn from history, we are
doomed to repeat it
For me it's simple, a contract is valid when there is consideration
between 2 parties. In this case, Malays gave citizenship in return to
Hak Istimewa....If one of the cosideration is rebuked, it is natural tu
assume that the contract is invalid/annulled, hence both of
consideration will be invalid as well....BTW contract is NOT VALID if
consideration is only from ONE SIDE only
I THINK MALAYS ARE THE MOST TOLERANT PEOPLE....BUT IN THIS CASE WHERE
IT IS OBVIOUS THAT CHINESE ARE JUST OUT THERE TO GAIN A MUCH AS
POSSIBLE WITHOUT GIVING CONSIDERATIONS TO OTHER..IT'S A BIT TOO MUCH
FOR US...ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!
BTW, as much as Ahmad deserves whatever he gets, I can't help but
wonder how come Uncle Lim + Karpal + Namawee + Bar Council gets away
with it?...And they call themselves a Second Class citizen?...tak paham
aku"

Not to sound prejudice or even racist but on the contrary, try reading the STAR, the SUN EDITORIAL and even Chinese Daily for those who could, the contents "between the lines" are inclined towards representing one sector of the society masked behind so-called freedom of speech. We are living in the marginalized and divided society for how much longer only god knows. The chinese are by and large very opportunistic lots. Once their economic and business prowess were equate to those of the jews and hence the treatment they received from the Japanese during the second world war (the jews in Europe from the German). Look at the way they drive, we the Malay, the once gentle and timid race are now being inflicted with the same mannerism, cutting queues, overtaking from the left, throwing tissues out of car window, double
parking especially infront of sport toto shops or banks. There were saying, the source of which is uncertained, failed by my memory, only two person on earth who could (and to some extent successful) disciplined the chinese and they are Mao Tse Tong and Lee Kuan Yew. The result is obvious, while in Singapore they drove in full disciplne obeying every single traffic laws there are but once across the causeways all hell broke loose! Whose fault is it? The Malay tolerance? I can only suggest this, we they Malay must have strong inner determination and will power, spritual well being like our brother in Kelantan that even the chinese spoke beautiful Kelantanese dialect better the Kelantan Malays themselves! Try to read "between the line" of my thought and DO NOT BE PREJUDICE or RACIST in your final analysis.
We suffer because of many reasons.
By the theory of the survival of the fittest , these people
who incessantly egde us out and yet demand for more is just manifesting and implementing their inner traits. We ,right from the bottom and top continue to be apologetic and practice pukul ank sindir menantu whenever we donot like the challenges and demands from the other group. One of our poor strategy is to adopt a defensive posture and reaction whereas they adopt an aggressive and offensive strategy. Those who play and like football will testify that your defensive team will never win. At best it can only hope for a draw. They ,being aggressive, can always hope and want to acquire victory and they can even though they also may loose.BUT in their chances and vocabulary, they have win , loose and draw and they will make sure like the Damansara school case that they will finally win. BUT for us we only have to possible outcomes, loose or a draw ie status quo and the records thus far showed that we usually lose out.
Our managers , our trainers, our club owners need to make a radical change in strategy policy ,philosophy and implementations in order to come out stronger and be respected and be counted.
